📋 Overview

At I CUT Whitecross Barbers, we take pride in offering a premium experience for every client. To ensure we can serve everyone fairly and efficiently, we ask all clients to read and respect the following booking conditions.

By making a booking with us — whether online, via WhatsApp, or in person — you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

❌ Cancellations

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellation of an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may result in:

— Loss of any deposit or prepayment made
— A cancellation fee being charged
— Restrictions on future bookings

⏰ To cancel, please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, at least 2 hours notice is required.

🚫 No-Shows

A no-show is when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

Clients who do not show up will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. This charge will be applied to any card or payment method on file.

Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings, or may be unable to book further appointments.

⏱ Late Arrivals

We ask all clients to arrive on time or a few minutes early for their appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to:

— Shorten your service to fit the remaining time
— Reschedule your appointment to a later slot
— Treat the booking as a no-show if we cannot accommodate you

This is to ensure fairness for all clients booked after you.

💳 Payments & Deposits

Payments can be made in-store by cash or card. For certain bookings, a prepayment or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 12 hours notice.

For priority online bookings, payment is collected at the time of booking via our secure Stripe payment link.

⭐ Loyalty Programme

Our loyalty programme rewards you for booking directly with us. You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on services, and 20 points = £1 off a future service. Points can be redeemed from your second visit onwards — just tell your barber at checkout.

By taking part in the programme you agree to the following:

— Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds or credit
— Points can only be redeemed against services at I CUT Whitecross Barbers
— Points are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, shared or combined
— Points are not earned on tips, and points redeemed do not earn further points
— Points earned in error, or on payments that are later refunded or disputed, may be removed
— Points do not currently expire; we may amend, suspend or withdraw the programme at any time, and will honour points already earned or give reasonable notice before any change

🔒 Data & Privacy

When you book with us, we collect your name, email address and phone number to manage your appointment and provide our loyalty programme.

We use your contact details for:

— Booking confirmations and reminders
— Loyalty points updates and rewards
— Personalised marketing and offers from I CUT Whitecross Barbers

Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We may use anonymised, hashed data with trusted platforms (such as Google Ads) for marketing purposes in compliance with UK GDPR.

You have the right to opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email we send you, or by contacting us directly.

↩️ Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the shop so we can make it right. We are committed to ensuring every client leaves happy.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the barbershop.

We do not offer refunds for completed services where the client was satisfied at the time of the appointment.
